The Peninsula Health Care District exists to address the health needs of its residents. Through a variety of health investment strategies, we seek opportunities to promote health, ensure access to needed health services, and achieve equity in health outcomes.
Our Vision is to support District residents of all ages achieving optimal health and wellness through education, prevention, advocacy, and safeguarding community access to health services.
Please note the following:
- We accept small grant requests (less than $10,000) from 501(c)3 organizations or public agencies serving residents living in San Bruno, Millbrae, Burlingame, Hillsborough, San Mateo, Foster City, and a part of South San Francisco.
- Applicants to the Small Grants Program cannot concurrently receive Community Grants Program funding support.
